Return of goods

Return of the goods as part of the general conditions of a distance sales contract within the meaning of the "Consumer Protection Act" between:

"Brotherhood of the Slavs 3" Ltd. is the owner of www.worldofhats.org and is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, based in Shumen, 9-13 Dobri Voynikov Str. UIC: 200546574 and address: Varna , 8 Odessos Street

Website: www.worldofhats.org (hereinafter referred to as the "SUPPLIER", "E-SHOP") on the one hand, and on the other hand the person over 18 years of age, has agreed to these "General Terms", hereinafter referred to as the USER .

According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the "Consumer Protection Act" (CPA), the USER has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason to refuse the received goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as the USER MUST PAY the EXPENSES for the delivery for the return of the Goods. In case the SUPPLIER is obliged to refund to the consumer in full the amounts paid by him to the Goods not later than 14 days from the date on which the USER has exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The amounts are refunded to the client's bank account.

In case of a factory defect, which is established after receipt of the Goods, the USER returns it at the expense of the SUPPLIER and sends another Goods as ordered. If the SUPPLIER cannot ensure the sending of the desired Goods by the USER, then the USER must decide whether he wants to receive other Goods from the SUPPLIER. In this case the costs for returning and sending the new Goods are at the expense of the SUPPLIER.

In case of a request from the USER for replacement of the Goods, the SUPPLIER may send the Goods to the USER only if it is available. In this case the transport costs are at the expense of 9.4. The USER is obliged to store the Goods received from the SUPPLIER, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, para 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased Goods, it is a mandatory condition that they be in good commercial condition, without being used and without violating the integrity of the packaging and without any aromas. The goods must correspond to the type in which they were received by the USER. Goods that do not meet these conditions according to the "Consumer Protection Act" are not subject to return and refusal.

The SUPPLIER has the right to refuse the return of a product in accordance with applicable law.

- for delivery of goods made to order of the consumer or according to his individual requirements;

- for the supply of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life;

Upon return or replacement of purchased Goods, the transport costs are at the expense of the USER and are not refundable.

In case of damaged goods by the USER - IT IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR COMPLAINT.
